Exterior painting process of an aircraft

Clean, mask and strip paint

This step is very important to preserve the sensitive parts of the aircraft. It is our job to be sure that none of the interior, cockpit or flight controls are damaged. Parts will be removed or 100% protected.

Prep and Prime Aircraft

During this step damaged aircraft parts are removed and all bodywork, fiberglass and dents will be repaired to ensure surfaces are smooth and even. Door jams and other small parts will be sanded by hand.

Base Coat Application

Primer and surfacer are applied to create an evenly smooth surface.

Design Paint Scheme

During this step we will collaborate with the aircraft owner to create a custom paint design and colors will be applied along with a final coat.
